EYE MAKEUP

After applying your liquid foundation to your face, lightly rub
brow line.Find the lightest color eye makeup that you possibly
can. White works, and off white will work fine too. It is important for
your eyes to be the lightest part of your face because they need to
draw the attention and give you some sizzling sparkle.

Apply the light eye makeup all over your eye lid and all the
way up the brow line till you have reached your eye brow
Also, add a dab of the light eye make up to the corner
of your eye and smear downwards and around the
underlying curve of your eye to add more brightness. Not
too heavy, because you don't want your eyes to appear too
washed out.

Find a color that will be the base of your makeup. It
should not be an extremely dark color, it should stay between
dark and light...medium colors work best. For example, if you
are wearing a green shirt, you want your base color to be a
lighter green, such as lime green.

Apply this color right in the middle of your eye.
It should include the crease of your eyelid. This is going to be a
wide brush on technique because you need to cover above
the crease and below the crease. Make sure you leave the
lightest color at the top of the brow line, and half way covering the lid.

Ke$ha's Hairstyle at the 2010 Grammy Awards
Find the darkest color that you want to use on your eye.
Sticking with the green shirt example, your color now should be
a dark green, such as forest or olive green.

Apply the dark colored eye make-up ONLY in the crease
of your eyelid. It is important not to heavy down your eyes
with dark colors because it weighs them down and makes you
look more tired.

Now you are ready to apply your eyeliner.
Remember to stay on the lighter side of things because with
a heavy, dark eye line, you run the risk of making your eyes look
closed.

add the eyeliner all the way across the top eyelid.
When starting on the bottom, only apply eyeliner to the OUTERMOST
half of your eye. You do not want the eyeliner near the corner of your
eye because this closes your eye.

You are almost done! Now all you have to do is add mascara
and your eyes will look fabulous and Glamorous all day long!
